Lieu Dit Melon, 2021

Crisp, dry.  Green pear, saline, yellow apple, green apple, wet gray stones & ocean essence. Lieu Dit is a relatively new winery, a partnership between friends Eric Railsback and Justin Willett in Santa Barbara. They are making solid, exciting wines on the Central Coast, focusing on Loire Valley varietals.  This one is 100% Melon de Bourgogne. Their wines are simple, elegant and profound.
