Gentle Core + Back Activation

A gentle, all-levels video designed to help you feel more stable, supported, and connected to your body in 30 minutes.

Join Ellie, founder of Jelliebend, and her longtime movement coach Anna for a simple, supportive routine focused on core activation, back support, posture, and everyday body awareness.

Anna has helped Ellie build strength and flexibility while managing scoliosis, and this series reflects that same approach: gentle, accessible movement that supports your body without pushing it too hard.

Perfect for building stability, reconnecting with your core, supporting your back, or adding a calm strength reset into your day.
